Delivery lead times
Rustans.com accepts orders 24/7. We process these orders Mondays to Saturdays, between 8AM and 5PM, excluding holidays. Our standard lead times for delivery of orders are as follows:
Packages may take 2-7 (business) days to arrive.
For remote areas and non-city locations please expect up to 10-12 (business) days to arrive
Delivery times during holidays, sale, online events, and peak season may vary due to the high volumes of orders. In case of inclement weather conditions, kindly expect delay. Additional time may entail for orders with special requests, such as gift wrapping. Some orders will require multiple deliveries; a separate tracking number will be provided for each dispatch.
Same-Day / Next-Day Delivery
Beginning July 13, 2023, Metro Manila customers shopping from Makati, Taguig, Pasay, and Muntinlupa may enjoy same-day/next-day delivery. Complete your order by 1:00PM from Monday to Friday to avail of this service. For orders placed between 1:01PM to 11:59PM every Monday to Thursday or every Sunday, customers ay avail of our next-day delivery service.

Rustans.com offers free shipping for single-receipt purchase of P5,000 and above. For orders below P5,000, the following shipping rates will be applied :

Rustans.com can deliver to all serviceable areas nationwide. However, there may be specific geographical and logisitical restrictions that prevent our team from delivering the finest finds to certain areas.

Cancellations and order modifications
For security reasons, additions, cancellations, or amendments on orders cannot be made once order is confirmed. Special last minute requests can be accommodated if your package has not been sealed and assigned a tracking number for dispatch. Such requests must be made through our Customer Service team.
Rustans.com reserves the right to cancel multiple or fraudulent orders.
Delivery schedules are highly dependent on the availability of our logistics partners, hence, we cannot commit to specific delivery dates.
As our partners are on-demand, we request that someone is readily available to receive your orders. Once your order is out on delivery, you will receive a notification from our delivery partner. If after two attempts, you are unable to receive the delivery for any reason, the package will be returned automatically to Rustan’s and a refund will be processed.
